Hi, I’m Grace — founder of Silly Grace, born and raised in the Philippines and now a proud naturalized U.S. citizen, animal advocate, and the heart behind every jar of Silly Grace Chili Garlic Oil.

Silly Grace was born out of love, healing, and flavor.

After moving to the United States from the Philippines in 2014, I found myself far from everything familiar—my family, my culture, and the food that once brought me comfort. Adjusting to life in a new country wasn’t easy, especially emotionally. In the quiet, overwhelming moments, cooking became my therapy, a way to ground myself, preserve tradition, and find a little piece of home in every bite.

One of the recipes that brought me the most comfort was a beloved family chili garlic oil recipe, something passed down with love. Over time, I added my own twist to it—refining the balance, layering the flavors, and creating something truly my own. That’s how Silly Grace Chili Garlic Oil was born: bold, aromatic, soulful, and full of Filipino flavor.

Through every part of this journey, I’ve had the love and companionship of my emotional support dogs, King and Queeni. They’ve been with me through the highs and the lows—the late nights in the kitchen, the first jars filled with hope, and the growing community that followed.

When King passed away, it broke me. He had been there for every step of this dream, and for a moment, I didn’t know if I could keep going. But every time someone tells me how much they love Silly Grace—how it’s become a staple in their kitchen or reminds them of home—I’m reminded why I started.

I didn’t give up. I chose to move forward.
For King. For Queeni. For the community that believes in this journey.

One of my biggest dreams is to give back to the animals who give so much to us. That’s why I’m working toward building The Silly Grace Animal Foundation—a haven for neglected, abandoned, and abused animals. A place where they can receive love, healing, and even be trained as emotional support animals for those who need comfort the most.

This brand is more than a business. It’s my story. It’s King’s legacy. It’s Queeni’s joy. It’s a reminder that something beautiful can grow from brokenness and a growing mission fueled by love, one jar, and one life at a time.
